At this year's Oregon Teen Retreat, you'll discover there's nothing like the power of waterfalls and woods to rest and revive while connecting with other teens (age 14-18) who get the foster care experience.

  Nature Connections

Take a deep breath among the trees and waterfalls in facilitated hikes or casual free time exploration. Talk, laugh, sing, dance or just chill around the fire!

📿 Milestones Reflection

Everyone has moments worth honoring and celebrating from the past - the things that make us who we are and inspire who we want to be. Through this hands-on activity inspired by Indigenous Communities and Practices, you'll acknowledge those milestones and consider how they can inspire you as you move through life.

Lived Experience (LEx Leaders) will facilitate workshop options focused on improving your relationship to yourself and others or finding meaningful purpose in the world - it's hard figuring out how to be healthy and well out there! It's better when we grow together.
